Currently, we offer a few tools, and some have tutorials on YouTube.
- Pathopan: a free service that stitches together microscopy photos to form one large "panorama" picture that is rich in context to share with colleagues.
- Pathobox: a free 3D-printed smartphone-to-microscope mount, for taking pictures or video conferencing with colleagues.
- Pathobot: a free case similarity search service on Twitter. Finds similar cases on social media and PubMed. We'll share data for this project here soon.
- COVID-19 work: in light of the global pandemic, and its impact on New York City, we offer face masks to civilians and face shields to healthcare workers.
