By accessing this information, or by using a face mask or face shield, you agree to the Terms of Use.
In light of COVID-19, we provide face masks to New York City [NYC] civilians. Effective 2020 April 17, the people of New York are required by Executive Order of Governor Andrew Cuomo to wear masks. Additionally, we work with other organizations to provide face shields to NYC healthcare workers.
Contact us if you want (i) a face mask, (ii) a face shield, (iii) to contribute 3D printing resources or assistance, (iv) to donate $1-$10 to Andrew Schaumberg (Venmo: @Andrew-Schaumberg) to support our efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic.

- The face mask should have a snug, sealed fit to your face. This ensures you breathe through the face mask's filter, rather than breathing through gaps between your face and the mask.
- A hair dryer can warm the face mask plastic so it can be reshaped to fit your face. Hold the face mask away from you when heating or shaping, and use gloves to protect your hands from hot plastic. Do not hurt yourself.
- Avoid using the face mask in the rain. Water in the filter reduces breathability.
- Do not use damaged or frayed face mask filters. Get replacement material.
